Is today the day!? I have been looking forward to this for weeks! Time to come out of hibernation!!
Is the registration opening today? Its not showing yet on the site, so if it is, where do I need to register?

Registration opens THURSDAY

Postby agm on Mon Feb 25, 2008 12:35 pm

Our standard practice is to open registration at noon on Thursday, a month before the games date. Malcolm has asked that we open registration two months out, instead of one. But we'll still keep to the same day & time - Thursday, 12:00.

I'll try to get the full calendar up by tomorrow.

Thanks for all your work Adam!!!! To all that may not have seen my previous message, the reasons to open up registration early is: There are advanced discount tickets and the reduced hotel rates both of which expire the end of March. See the web site for details. cssm.org or call 443 404-7319 The games should be better than ever. This year we will have Dan Wood announcing. He did a GREAT job for us at Anne Arundel last year!

Will the registration be on this forum, or by email? What information will you require for registration besides name, age and class? YES, this is my first games.

Hey Tim, it was a blazer looking truck with the little multicolor puzzle piece on the back. You were wearing a longshoreman type knit cap.

I swear it was you!

No, That wasn't me. I don't know anyone with a blazer looking truck. And my brother hasn't gotten me a longshoreman's hat yet. However, I have had several people tell me that there must be twins or doplegangers of me. That's a scary thought.

Registration will be here:

http://heavyevents.com/registration.php

The first step in registration is setting up your athlete profile. I recommend doing that now. I also suggest taking a quick look through the rest of this website - this forum is only one part of it. Scroll up to the top of the page and click on "Heavyevents.com".

Yay! I just messaged Lacy to see if you guys were coming! Are you camping again this year? That was so fun! Maybe this time I will actually bring a sleeping bag, maybe a tent?

heck yeah.. We're hoping to get the same campsite as last year.. and depending on the weather hopefully camp both nights..
I still have the extra tent if it's needed (the same blue one from last year).. (but you might need sleeping bags +/or air mattresses, earplugs)
Drop me a line sometime soon.. and we'll figure it out..
it wouldn't be camping without the letters to the team..

Hi Kate,

I am planning on coming down with Ami and I know Don S. was going to come down as well. I don't think Don is much of a camper but I think Ami and I would be down for some camping action. Where are you guys camping? See you soon.
