Posted: Mon Jan 14, 2008 10:16 pmHere is a video of a strong fellow throwing the LWFD a long way. Beau at Glenn Meade on August 11, 2007. This is a good video of someone really hitting the rotational technique. He really pushes the weight out as he comes into the power position, gets a great lift and block and the weight goes very far. Also, he stays nice and smooth and builds speed across the box.
