I think it is awesome that the spin will be allowed in both the WOB and the sheaf. Very progressive. :D

Come to think of it, it should be banned for the stone and the weights too! :evil:

Maybe it's ok for caber, but that's it! Nothing else!

Spinning should only be allowed for caber and bowflex events....

Braemar Hammer?
Braemar Sheaf?
Braemar Caber?
