Does anyone know the Masters events for SMD? Light or Heavy Hammer? Light or Heavy Bag?

Thanks!

Hey, Don-- Looking forward to seeing you throw at S. MD. Last year we threw the light hammer and 16 pound sheaf.

Glad you're healed up and throwing again-- take care and see you in a few weeks-- Frank

Thanks Frank, see you in April. I'll talk to you at the games, but if your planning on R.I this year you and your wife are welcome at the Stewart home. I'm about 45 mins North of the sight.

The equipment will be the same as last year, except for Frank Henry. Who thinks he needs to give the other Masters a break by throwing the 22, 56 and 20# sheaf? Just funning ya Frank!!!
