3rd annual event promises to be a good one. They have booked 10 Pipe Bands and 100 other groups. Steps off from Westgate Circle at 1pm Sunday March 8, heads down West and Main streets, and ends at City Dock. http://www.visitannapolis.org/irish-week/ for more info.
