Hi new to the forum

Hi, Im new to the forum and fairly new to throwing, started throwing in April and have done 3 Comps so far

Im 53 years old a Gym owner and Personal Trainer from London England, Formerly a 105kg Masters strongman competitor, though I have many injuries from this sport, so time to train something less stressfull bought me to Highland Games

My Grandfather was scottish so I have a fair alegaince to scotland and scottish sports

still London for the next year, the plan is to move to edinburgh after that so i can do more comps, next year i will get the 3 local ones and only a couple of weekends worth in scotland
