Alex and Steph, I am sorry once again I can not compete this year at the Central VA Games. Family issues have come up that I must take care of. Have a great off-season and I will see everyone next year. Throw far and high my friends.

OK, take me off the list for Sunday.

The good news is, after years of struggling with chronic foot, ankle and achilles tendon issues, I've finally gotten it under control. I've spent the last couple of months getting back into throwing, and I can move, hit positions, and throw with no pain and no restricted movement. The bad news is, I've also spent the last couple of months learning just how much overall strength I've lost while rehabbing the damn leg. I'm healthy, but weak, and not ready to throw. Six months with a barbell should get me back to where I need to be.
