2018 Schedule and reminders UPDATED

Please note the date change for Mid-Maryland to June!

Also, while we are committed to making sure that there are athletics at the NJ Renaissance Festival, it has become a ridiculous trip for us.
Please let me know ASAP if you would be willing to run this event. It is a lot of fun and you can have an incredible time with the audience participation on Sunday.

Reminders for changes we implemented last year. We will continue to evolve to keep this being an incredible sports for folks to compete in.

If you register for an event and we have to close your class' registration because we have reached capacity, and in the last week before the event you are not able to make the event, there will be no refund. We do not like turning folks away and a week's notice is not enough time to get someone to fill your spot.

If there are less than five competitors registered for a class one week out from an event, those competitors will be moved into another class. Similarly, if there are less than three competitors in a class on the field for an event, those competitors will be moved into another class.

If there are less than four competitors in a class, there will be no medals awarded.

If you are not there when we do awards, or do not have a representative there, you will not receive awards.

If you are single and have won the Eternal Warrior Award (at VSG) a second will not be awarded. If you are married and have won one for yourself and a second one for your spouse (as a thank you for their patience and dedication to your goals) a third will not be awarded. If you are married and your spouse is a thrower, they must earn their own. Only one will be awarded in this case.

Mac, Alex, Steph, Kevin, Kenny, et al.
