Spoke to a lot of folks about the new Doc that has gotten me back onto the road of recovery and believing I WILL be back at my 2005 levels of strength and competing by the beginning of next season and wanted to get his 411 out to those closer to Richmond than NOVA where there are a lot of ART Providers:

The last 12 months different doctors have told me everything from arthritis to surgery.
The last 8 months I wasn't able to squat or dead because the pain had extended beyond the hip to the knee and shin
The last 6 months were so painful I was missing climbing and sleeping at 2-3 hours stretches.
The last 2 months I was in pain from dawn till dusk and popping percocet like tic tacs.

I saw Doctor Green Friday 10/17, Monday, Wednesday and this Friday.....and I have been without pain 90% of the time for the last four days.

I wish I had never waited. ART works!!!!
