I hit a PR of 47-5. That was only good enough for 3rd in the stone. Both Sam Grammar and John Collins went over 50 feet.
I think my tempo is pretty good, but I jerk my left arm, open my upper body a little soon and don't get much separation. But, I got a pretty good hip drive, push and extension, so it went kinda far. Hopefully my drills will pay off and I will hit a better position with more separation and better drive off the right foot.

And, I let my left side drop and collapsed my chest. Sheeeesh. One of these days . . .
