21 Sun Squats
TMR/DWU
Jump Shrug as warmup - 135x5x3 sets
Squat - 300x5, 350x5, 395x10 (almost barfed) 350 and 395 felt waaayyyyy to heavy :(
Lunges - 135x10x1 gassed and even closer to barfing
Good Morning - 135x10x3 sets
Hyper X - 3x10 at bw
Core - rvs crunch x20, crossover side pulls 50x20, crunch machine 50x20 reps
Hanging decompression - 2x20 secs

This was tougher than I care to admit. yoinks Although, a set of 10 at 395 after 6 weeks off (couple w/o mixed in) ain't too bad.

That's great work brother. Everyone needs to barf every once and a while when training.

Tuesday's workout

TMR/DWU
Overhead Push - 115x5, 135x5, 155x7 Very strict form, no dip and drive, harder than I care to admit
BF Lat PD - 130x10x3 sets
DB Bench - 65x10x3 sets
Narrow grip BB curl/Alt DB Ext - 65/30x15x2 set

Man, the OHP is a big piece of humble pie. I know I'm not a great presser, but sheesh.

Wednesday 24Feb

DWU
DL - 335x5, 385x5, 435x8 probably had a few more, but form started slipping and I don't want to jack up the back, again
Step UP12" box - 135x10x2 sets
Shrugs, -225x10x3 sets

Legs are still very sore from the squat workout on Sunday. So, they were a bit dead. But, the DLs didn't hurt at all. Which was nice.

Let me say this about deadlifts: They are the best exercise for strength, but once you get over about three reps, they are also one of the best exercises to get hurt with...especially if you have pre-existing back problems. Do reps on RDL's, trap bar, etc...but keep the focus high and the reps low on the deadlifts if you want to keep your back healthy.

Hey Gene,
I have been looking for a link...unfortunately, when I found it and clicked on it, it said the product has been discontinued. Not sure why exactly, but I really like using it.
Sorry

Man, I have been waaaay to busy.

I have been working out and mixing in some throwing. I will post the workouts when I get a chance. Mostly have gone in and hit the essentials in a very "efficient" manner.
