I think I will be able to get my training going, again. Gonna try to be smart and not do anything "too dynamic" for a few weeks to try to avoid aggravating the back. probably won't do any push presses for a little while.

Squat with 120# chains - 135x5, 225x3, 315x3 (pounds in addition to chains)
Behind Neck Jerk (kilos) - 70x3, 100x3, 110x3, 120x3, 130x3x2 sets
Hex Bar Power Shrugs - 125x5, 155x3, 175x3, 190x3x2

I think I wasn't paying attention on my last set of Inc Bench on the last set at 225 and did not recover at all from the previous set b/c on rep five i got stuck and had to set it in my lap, stand up and set it on the floor. haha been a long time since that happened.
