traing at brute strength gym today
arm over arm/sandbag load/power stairs medely is going excellent feel really good about this event. havent run a time yet but feel it will be around 30-35 sec.
500 frame/500 yoke/500 tire medley ran thru this couple times. ran around 33/34 secs feel good about this time. transitions between implements pretty quick. can cut this to around 30 or high 20s by next time. just kinda cruised thru getting a good feel for the run time.
stones 207-330 cant say anything else but felt perfect. everything is going good right now, kinda getting in the zone for this .
did a demo caber flip for gym will post vid later

rest tomorrow 4 workouts in a row! protein and carb intake is up but feeling very good.
windshield wipers 5×8, crunches w 35# 4×10

flat bench 135×10,185×6,225×5,275×5,315x3x2 first time in 6 months benching, hoping this will help improve my overhead press
high pulls 135x5x3,180x5x2,200x3x3( 3 different grip widths) 225x3x3(same as 200)
low seated rows 200x10x2,250x8x3, 275x5x2
dumb bell rows 125x10x3(each arm)
since i trained saturday,and sunday I cut this workout short also. deads tomorrow!
