I figured I'd re-post in a location more suitable for the Richmond area guys. The Gayton Kirk Demo is coming up Sat. Sept 11. Same as last year, 2 quick shows and a free lunch in between. About 1 mile up the road from my shop, so I'll gladly up the bribe with free gelato. Let me know if you are interested. Please help, it is lame having to do it alone (like so many other things I can think of). E-mail - delucagelato@gmail.com

Trevor, we practice on tuesday and thursday evenings from 6 to 7 and saturdays from 10 to whenever at High Meadows (allison will have to pass along the address i'm not sure what it is). I will only be out there on tuesday this week as i will be competing in williamsburg this weekend. We should resume our normal practice routine next week. PS. careful about posting your phone number on the internet, these boards are patrolled by multiple bots and there is no telling where info posted here ends up.

No worries! You know, I was gonna ask how in the world you injure yourself while sleeping, but on second thought... Think I'll let that one alone. See you Thurs...

lol, i somehow managed to fall asleep on my stomach with my right arm raised above my head, i was probably in this position for some time because when i woke up my entire arm was completely numb. I rolled over and went back to sleep, and when i woke up this morning my shoulder was hurting, it has eased up into a pulled muscle kind of hurt, so i'm gonna ice it and take it easy for a day or two. I can squat and dead lift more than twice my body weight without injury but somehow manage to injure myself while sleeping.... go figure.
