I'm hoping to make it Saturday, 7/31 around 10:30am for a bunch of sheaf and WOB work. Then maybe a 3-4 tosses each of caber and light weight/hammer at the field.

This weekend, Bryan McClain will be training with Brian-the-new-guy on Saturday, and Mike D and I will be throwing on Sunday. If you want to work more on drills and skills, you might want to come out on Saturday. If you want more throwing, come on out Sunday. Or both days, if you have no life!
