I ship out april 27, BCT starts may 3. I am looking for tips on how to survive this while losing as little strength/weight as possible. I gather army BCT is focused mainly on muscular endurance and not on any amount of power or strength. is there any way to supplement their normal routine of exercises to help keep strength, or even gain some?
