Cenral Va. Area

Any one know of a group in the Lynchburg, Bedford and even Roanoke area? I'm interested to start but would like to have others who have done this before.

William Shrader is in that area and is the Athletic Director for the Greenhill Games that were held in Salem VA last year. Billy could put you in touch with some folks.
