to anyone and everyone, i and a friend are currently working on opening a warehouse gym in RICHMOND, VA. I would like to invite everyone. We will specialize in old school training with tire flipping, log press, atlas stone work, and extensive full body conditioning. And as always, bench, squat and deadlift racks. Also will have workouts you havent seen before so please hit me up if your interested and as we progress in the leasing ill give you more information!!!![/b]
