During the OS i focus on getting strength back up, pre season i start hitting the O lifts but i'm still doing a "body building" split. during the season i do two workouts a week one push one pull along with that i'm throwing 3 days a week on non comp weeks, and comp weeks i drill 2 days. Hope it helps
