Saturday: Sub-Max Effort Lower (1-3 rep range)
Sunday: Sub-maximal Effort Upper (1-3 rep range)
Wed or Thurs: 1-3, O-lifts @ 60-85% sets of 2-3, medball throws, plyos
I will repeat the same max effort compound lift for 3 weeks, deload on week 4. then do a 3 week cycle on another compound movement, and deload on the 4th. so on and so on...

I have used this type of design/plan many times and it has yet to not yield the desired results...but If things ain't shaking out the way I hope, I will definitely take your ideas into consideration. Don't take what I said as being dismissive, I really do appreciate your insight.
My shoulder was pretty much a wreck and I had just about everything imaginable wrong with it. But everyday it's a little better and better...as the old thrower saying goes...inch by inch it's a cinch
