friday: high pulls. forgot my chalk...fought through it anyway. not bad. finished with some 315 DLs. gettin faster, and did some no hook-double overhands.

didn't hit the lunch break workout yesterday...student in my class had a seizure...altered bell schedules which caused confusion...didn't have time.

push press today...been ignoring these for too long...felt good tho. need to work on tri's.

next push press will be with DBs. i like these better than BB PP.

still very Oly. wanna dip. gonna start converting to the high finish.

tomorrow: last heavy DL...will achieve PR.

just ordered a 16# shot ... arrived yesterday! woohoo!! now if there were a place to throw it...everything's been waterlogged here for months...maybe the ground will freeze again. just don't wanna have to excavate the ball on every throw. superjazzed nonetheless...will do some foot drills with it...maybe friday.
