VMC This Weekend?

Postby FrankH on Wed Feb 27, 2008 12:48 pm

Yo, my brothas. We have the St. Paddy's Day walk on Saturday, so Sunday? Looks like a nice day for throwing. ;)

Frank out.

yeah! what's the word?
If Bryan's out, ya'll just wanna do some track and field stuff somewhere? Dickens is not invited b/c I don't want him to start beating me in 2 sports. ;)
I used to think this kitchen was big, until I saw you guys in here...

I'm in for sunday...but I gotta be out by 12:00 to go see my second grade students play basketball...which should be similar to watching Jeff run the hurdles

any chance we could start around 10ish?

Hurdles!? Now your talking my game. I was a top hurdler in high school. 300 intermediate hurdles in 41 seconds. Nowadays, they time me with a calender.

41 is a great time for the 300 hurdles...I thought about giving up the shot in 8th grade about two weeks into it...when I told my coach i was going to try the hurdles instead, he looked at me and with a HUGE smile and said, "The Hurdles, Really?" ...i guess standing at 4'10" and hurding doesn't really add up?

I was just smashing them with my forehead....that's a little bit more my speed!
so, do you just run through them and see how many you can break? please advise

where can we throw up there in the concrete hinterlands?

Maybe throw off the sidewalk down at the middle school? I don't think they have a circle.
