I was in Walgreen's tonight and saw that they had all types of Finest Natural (Walgreen's brand) Glucosamine supplements on sale buy one get one free. I highly recommend some form of Glucosamine for joint health. I prefer Sulfate versus Chondroitin or MSM, but I would recommend doing your own research to determine what is good for you.
