Relocated to Forest, VA

I know a lot of you guys are down in VA so I figure I'll give another shot at trying to find someone to throw with. I'm now in Forest VA just outside Lynchburg. Anyone around here looking for someone else to throw with? I'm brand new to Highland with a background in competitive lifting and more recently Strongman. I have a 56# ring weight but am so far terrible at throwing it for height or distance. I blew my knee out (again) a few months ago so I don't know if I'll compete this year in HG but I'd love to try.
