Anyone practicing this weekend near Richmond?

Just been throwing at home and would like to get some serious practice

I think the entire richmond crew will be at VSG this weekend, but next monday, wednesday, and saturday I will be at the field.

Should have thought about yesterday...but frankly I needed a recovery day.
