Hey all, heading to PA one last time this weekend before summer. If I return early, I'll be there. If I don't see you this weekend, I'll definitely be around for all of the others!

Hey boys!!! It warms my heart and hurts my knees to start thinking about serious training again. Sorry I've been MIA again. Works been keeping me super crazy busy and I just got back from a trip to Uganda where I went with a team from my hospital to fix kids hearts. I'd totally lost track of SM registration opening even!! Oh well, probably not gonna be ready to compete there anyway. I look forward to coming to practice over the next month or so. Still have a few travel obligations in the next few weeks so I won't likely make it out to Vienna for a few weeks yet.
Anyways.. See you all soon! :D

On top of my other maladies, I have been down for the count with bronchitis, but I'm planning to pick back up on practicing-- hopefully this weekend. To give myself a kick in the pants, I registered for Southern MD and the MWC's. They are making me sign waivers in quadruplicate.

My throws are way down, but being on the field again with you meatheads is what it's all about. You'll have to find someone else to call 30-degrees on your 70-degree throws, I guess.

Frank out.

Bronchitis definitely sucks, Frank. Rest up and get well.

Sunday work for everyone this week? I could also do Saturday if more convenient.

Sunday looks best for this weekend weather wise. warmer that Saturday.

HOWEVER remember it is spring forward Saturday night. so if we start at 11 it will be like 10. with all this sun and wind it might actually be dry!!!!

Wish I could have made it, but this bronchitis (?) is going on 3 weeks now. Hopefully I'll be well and able to play next weekend.

well Fellahs - it is looking like equally iffy both days this weekend. scttrd thunderstorms both days by a 30% on sunday vs. 40% on Saturday. so I am leaning toward Sunday right now. I now Brian B can only do Saturday.

IMPORTANT: I am thinking of moving the time up to 10AM this weekend since it is going to be pretty warm. Thougts? Shoot me a PM

Assuming (big assumption) that it is dry enough, I plan to come out Saturday. Probably just heading to the field to get some open stone, light weight and light hammer in if anyone wants to join. What time I head out will depend on the weather, so I'll update later in the week when we might have a better hourly-type forecast.

yeah it look pretty nasty for this weekend. I am up for Weight for height and drills. I do not know of anyplace indoors we can throw but I am open. We could throw puds in the field too. But it just might be the weekend to get an extra lift in

I would be in for a little weight for height and a lot of lwfd drills if weather permits even that.

Still looking for an indoor facility. . .

Bryan M, I thought you weren't around this weekend? Did I mix that up with another weekend?

Next weekend I am not around but my achilles is a bit tight. going to get out the rolling pin but this weekend may be limited to stretching and some treadmill to workout the kinks. prolly get a good lift in as I missed one this week too.

Raining in manassass as we speak so looking like a crap day today anyway.

Yeah, no joy on an indoor facility, mostly. I think you can throw at the Prince George's Sports & Learning Complex, but it is (a) in PG County; and (b) only open to the public this weekend between 6 am and noon today, so we have missed it.

Just started raining in DC, and I'm guessing it'll be too wet to do much of anything tomorrow anyway.

My elbow could probably use the rest, but next weekend, I'll probably head out to the field for a little o-stone, light weight and light hammer if anyone wants to join.

Any thoughts on starting weekday evening practices? Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-6pm for 90 minutes or so?

I am hoping to be able to get in some weekday evenings, but I would probably only be able to swing once a week, and probably not until June given current work schedule; HOWEVAH, I do want to get on weekdays in the summer.

I could probably swing some too. My weeks are pretty filled though until at least after my PL competition on 14 April.

Hoping to throw this weekend, even though our fearless leader is not around. Forecast right now seems to indicate Sunday is the better day, and I will probably just head over to the field and throw LW, OS and LH in the afternoon. Post or PM if intersted in meeting up. . .

Forecast right now calls for possible showers Saturday morning, so I was thinking Sunday afternoon to give the field the most time to dry out in case it does rain -- say around 3?
