Going to have to see how I feel. Seem to have a little bit of the lung funk going on :( Haven't been able to keep anything down and I'm all kinds of dehydrated. My abs look fabulous!

Well, looks like a pretty good dose of the flu. If I am up to anything I think it's just going to be a keep my germs home workout day. Maybe will do a little sheaf and WOB at home.

Yes, the water drain off the hill pretty well there. Won't be as long a practice as last week.
