Bumper plates and Hex bar

Can someone give me a good source for cheap bumper plates (used is fine as well), also looking for a used hex bar with raised handles if anyone has one they want to get rid of.

still looking for hex bar, purchased a pair of 45# bumpers but always looking for more.

Christian's Fitness Factory has good deals on bumpers (and everything else). Plus it's not too far (Lancaster, PA) and you can pick many items up there and save on shipping.
