Had a pretty good workout tonight.
Elliptical/reverse hyper/pull through warmup
Trap bar deadlifts up to 575x1 - Felt very, very easy. I think I'll do 625 next week and then transfer to jump shrugs. Felt a little cartilage pop in the right knee...but since it didn't hurt, I must not have needed it all that much.
RDL's up to 335 for 2 sets of 5
Bent rows up to 275 for 2 sets of 5
High pulls to nose up to 205 for 3 sets of 3
