PVC Piping

Postby Burke on Thu Jun 06, 2013 12:41 pm

Hi all,

Can anyone provide me with the best size dimensions of PVC piping to use to help train the hammer throw with added resistance? In other words I would like to add standard size metal weights to add resistance while using PVC piping in training for this event.

Any insight would be great.

Thank you
Gene

Hey Gene just saw this. 3/4" Schedule 40 electrical conduit. It comes with a flange on the end and standard plate fit perfectly
Trish: Colin go get your bike and put it away!

Colin: Okay but someone is going to swoop down, stop, take a picture and sell it on the internet.

Hi Bryan

Thanks - I will pick it up tomorrow.

I have a work site that is not too far from where you have the trainings on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6:00 PM. If I am ever up at the work site on one of those days would it be cool to stop by and train?

I hope all is well...
