Joseph - at the end of the day the best way to get "throwing strong" instead of gym strong is frankly getting out and throwing.
For the weights you can do standing throws, single spins, line drills, and Cast and Drops.
With the stone you can do step overs, standing throws, line drills, and throwing a heavy stone.
For the Hammer do lots and lots of hammer winds and single spin throwing (grip and rip).
And always going out and doing puds and drills even though it is sloppy.
Finally - if you want to be a great thrower you need to lift like a thrower not throw like a lifter. That means everything in the gym is about getting stronger, faster, and more explosive.
