The mighty VMC will be training at the McClain dojo Wednesday, July 23 starting around 5:45pm
Bryan is gone this weekend but is leaving his implements out so I will be there on Saturday from
11am until 3pm or so if anyone wants to throw and/or get a little coaching.

Throwers: I will be practicing at Casa de McClain this evening (7/30) from about 5:45pm until about 8pm.

I'm planning to toss the following about 6 times each: Sheaf, WOB, Stone, HWFD, LH.

Anyone interested is invited to join me.

Usually they start at Bryan's house 8500 Stonewall Dr, Vienna, Va for WOB and Sheaf then head to the other field for hammers, stones and weights.

Training tonight at Bryan's house and the nearby field, starting about 5:45pm. I'm planning on throwing each of the following 6-8 times:

Sheaf, WOB, Braemar stone, HWFD, Heavy hammer.

OK,it rained yesterday late afternoon so I beat feet back to Casa de Henry like a border collie after a frizbee. I'm shooting for tonight, weather permitting, and Bryan and Scott are planning on making it as well. So wrap those noodle wrists, grab a glove, a chair and a bottle of water, and come throw with the Vienna Meathead Crew.*

*Registered Trademark. (As far as you know.)

All - I will be doing drills and some throwing Tues-thurs at the McClain Dojo at around 630 pm to dark plus if anyone wants to come.

If you get there early feel free to grab some equipment and start up. I will be there short of something exploding at work which is a 50/50 shot right now but I will be training at some point no matte what.

Sorry to miss today, our flight from Philly was delayed and then lee's baggage was put on a later plane so we got in a lot later than expected. Pretty jet lagged. Hoping to get back on track with training and practice tomorrow.
