I have a couple of cheap (Sports Authority) 7' bars and 485 pounds of iron plates for sale. 305 pounds of "Sports Authority" plates (45-pound to 2.5 pound) and 180 pounds (4-45's) of miscellaneous brands. (I am not retiring, I'm buying a bumper plate set.) All oly-size, 2".

I have used the bars with up to 405# with no problem; (for the weights or bars, anyway) I *think* the bars are rated to 500#. These are probably not for bumper plates. I have used them for several years in a rack with no problem, perfect for home/garage use.

I'm looking to sell the lot to a single buyer for $244-- 40 cents a pound for the weights, and $25 each for the bars. Hit me with an offer; I might round that down. But wait, there's more! 4 spring clips included at no charge.

I can deliver to Southern Maryland, or you can pick them up at my house in Lake Ridge, VA, whatever works best for you. Thanks.

Just to be clear, the $244 was for both bars and all the plates, which are all in good shape. If there's no interest I figure I might as well keep them, there's just no telling how strong I might get!

You drive a hard bargain. How about $225 for the lot? I can bring with to S Md; and if you don't like them you can opt out, no problem. Or if you're going to be at Bryan's I could bring them there.
