Any eastern panhandle WV throwers?

Hey guys...I'm interested in throwing...most likely just for fun and for the training/fitness aspect. I'm 39 so probably a little to late to "break in to" the sport...but I'd love to try throwing around some heavy stuff if anyone is semi-close by.

You're never too old to start competing. I was 40 when I started. The 3 X World Champion Frank Henry was 50.

You may have to travel a little ways, but there are some top notch throwers in NOVA (Northern Virginia). They will see this post in the next few days and comment.

Thanks. I don't mind to travel once in a while for some practice. I threw years ago. I was pretty bad back then and certainly no better now...lol...but it was lots of fun.

I train with Adrenalin Monroe out in Front Royal/Strasburg, VA. That's not too terribly far from WV.
