Just moved to Charlotte, NC

I just moved to charlotte, nc with my husband due to work. I participated in my first games this spring and loved it. I'm looking for a group of throwers for this area so I can continue to practice and hopefully participate in some upcoming events!!
Please let me know if anyone knows of someone or a group that is willing to work with a newbie.
