Lifts

Postby Burke on Sun Jun 21, 2015 12:30 pm

Hi folks,

If you were to pick the three or four most important lifts to train "off season" for the games what would they be? And how often would you train them per week or month?

Thanks

Can't go wrong with these for overall strength:

Bench Press
Squat
Overhead Press
Deadlift

Train 'em weekly.

Agreed.
I would refer to Jim Wender's 5/3/1 system for more information including lifting schedules.
The [e]book is reasonably priced and is very good.
