Long is the way, and hard...

Probably not exactly how Milton would've said it, but no less true. I'll be bringing my workout log from NASGA to this site as well; there are plenty of good minds and better Athletes (than me) on this Board...

I'm certain to learn something. Or at the very least, someone will laugh...

5x5 bench. Moving up.

100 hooks between rounds. Hands hurt stupid.

Super wide incline.

19 degrees in the Ludus. FML.

Ran a 9 minute mile this morning. Wasn't really getting on it, just wanted to get the legs stretched out for the nonsense to come.

Hang cleans. Finished with a few 280 singles. Might have been 285. I don't really remember. So 280 it is. Whatever. I am going to get 290 in two weeks.

Lats and upper back stuff.

Abs.

Ate a dozen eggs. Because why not.

This morning's workout was a mess.

Managed 5x5 OHP w/275. No problem.

295x3. Yup.

3 IMPRESSIVE fails w/315. FML. Haven't been able to lock this this out just yet.

Early morning training. Not a sesh. Cuz that's silly.

Bench did not go so well...had a little tweak the other morning after OHP and that little tweak turned up in a big way this morning. Feels like a teeny tiny tear.

FML.

Did some KB stuff, lats and abs, then ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill. 20 minutes easy, then 10 all out.

Having a great off season, minus the pec tear. Weights moving quickly...stoked about the possibilities of next season!
