Hello- I am a beginner looking to get into heavy athletics- anyone here from central virginia and want to train?

My wife and I train 3 days a week in central VA (Cumberland) we are about an hour from Charlottesville, so you may only be interested in joining us on the weekend.

That would be great- Where do you usually train? I am very new; do you have any tips?

I'd be interested in joining in, starting around the end of September or so.

We train until the weather becomes an issue. We generally cut back to once a week when our season is over which this year seems to stretching to well in to november. Just send me a pm when you are ready to join us.

This week the throws pentathlon, next week home repair. Then I should be ready.
