Training

I'm from the wheeling wv area & would like to start training for next year's games. I'm not sure of any local clubs in my area or what would be the best training methods or gym workouts to do. If anyone can share some Info I would appreciate it. Thank you.

Lots of stuff on youtube. Not sure about local clubs for you. Gym training should be triple extension work and explosive movements like High pulls, snatches and Cleans... squats goes without saying. Nothing beats field training with implements (see youtube)
