VMC going forward

Practice on Tuesdays will be Sheaf, WOB and Hammer
Thursdays will be Stone, Lt WT or HVY Wt and Caber
Saturday will be everything we can possibly fit in with practices lasting about 4+ hours.
Address is 8500 Stonewall Dr, Vienna, VA 22180 everyone is welcome.
This Thursday however i have a cubscout meeting so practice will go forward but I will be limited to drills in my side yard with the 28. Y'all are welcome to go forward with the rest of practice.
