so last nite i packed my knee sleeves and a sweatshirt in a bag & hung it on the doorknob. this morning, i grabbed the bag and put it in the car as i put Giana in her car seat.

and then i left the bag in the car when Bianca dropped me off at work.

not to worry, fellow carnivwarriors! i warmed up 5min on the treadmill and went out with my hammer.

did about 7 sets of 3 winds. focused on side-to-side shifting of forces a la RV.

ran out of time.

was prepared to go out in the falling snow, but Thor rewarded my diligence with warmth and rain.

hahahahhahahha.....or something like that.

feelin it in my abs already. oooooohhhyyyeeeeeaaaaahhhh!
