Bike ride - NCRT

Just throwing it out here. The family is planning on doing a little ride on the North Central rail trail Saturday if anyone wants to break out the old pedal pushers and join us for a ride.

It's crushed gravel and dirt. Pretty smooth and only a 1-3% grade heading north. We usually do about 15-20 miles when we have the kid in tow. It's nice, scenic, mostly shaded, and has a few places to stop and eat, get snacks and water, etc...

Anyone up for it just post and I'll give you the details. Don't worry, with the wife and kid with me we won't be breaking any speed records. So it will be a nice ride.

My version of relaxing. Kinda counts as cardio too ;)
I'll spank you smartly with my spank ray.
