WOB info

Postby Rich McClain on Tue Jan 22, 2008 11:42 pm

I was checking out some videos from the 90's and got some valuable info on leg drive. Watch the two videos and check out the leg drive down initially while the weight is back by both Ryan and Paul Ferency. Ryan's is a little more noticeable.

I don't get it - he is standing. When did he spin? was it just before the camera started filming with them landing and then swinging the weight between the legs and throwing? hmmm I don't see how that would work. Confused and dazed
Trish: Colin go get your bike and put it away!

Colin: Okay but someone is going to swoop down, stop, take a picture and sell it on the internet.

Sorry, I posted his stone with full spin. For some reason the links aren't linking via simple copy and paste. Here is Ryan's standing WOB.

You will probably have to copy and paste.
