mine and my friend pauls annual strongman comp for the mountain state forest festival will commence for the second year.
i got the wall build for the sandbag for height event built last night
13' tall made of treated 6x6's looks more like a set of galloesd{did i spell that right?haha}than anything but tested it out
tonight 7 bags ranging from28-40lbs 19seconds
events include
axle deadlift reps
log press
farmers walk
medley
wob/sand bags
atlas stones

exibition by matt matheny heavy log/and db press heavy farmers walk
exibition by james gregory /speacial olympian 500lb bench press
me keeping the crowd warm with some steel bar bending/ phone books/ card tearing /nails etc etc acts of hugeness

festivities are free to public starts at 11-noon is
