first thought that comes to my mind is, where are you? and what is one the wall? do you have a yoga studio in your house? :D

that's good stuff. make sure you are keeping the arm relaxed and letting the weight "sling" from the movement of your body. Think about sinking in sync. You look like you are allowing some separation and catching the weight up and back.
How much does that KB weigh?
You gonna put tape on that floor?? haven't gotten permission for that yet, eh?

don't hate on the Yoga studio my friend...deep down inside you know you wish you had one to accompany your bowflex  The KB is 26.4 llbs, I use it for drills and as a paper weight...

Thanks for the pointers brother. I think relaxing and patience are the keys, I think...

btw, do you want to lift in Ketchem's Day Spa and Wellness Center this Friday? My mother law is great pedicures :o

Yoga is the first step of many to open one's inner lotus. ;)

Your use of the KB, BJ, brings up a good question. When doing drills, is it better to use the 28 or 42 (56 for youngins) or both?

ok first BJ - 360's look great
cast and drops are good. Notice your first time you are closed off and then as you warm up you get more open to the point you are too open.

Also when you last - emphasize the sinking down with the weight. Remember you are sinking down to give yourself a stretch reflex for the pop up. Can you get a bunch of pads to drop the weights onto to emphasize the dropping of your body?

Cast sprint and drops are the same. you need to sink when you sync as Mac Dickens would say.
