NEW HOTNESS!!!
my new schedule is the kicker i needed to boost my intensity during my lunch break workouts. since i no longer have a cushion of time, i have to haul ace.
feels great!
yesterday did t-bar rows: each set consisted of x reps at each of 3 different-width grips. went till my lower back was cooked but focused on upper back, which feels nice today.
today did DB jump shrugs: bouncy-bouncy hungry like the Ulf style. used the 50s. bounced to different depths. felt like puking. it was awesome! can't wait to do them again. warmed up with a 2-min. jog and then got it on like donkey kong.
knees are still nice and warm.
