celebrated one thor's day with a hammer session.

the next thor's day, i found that some blankin jotun had swiped my hammer. (didn't have to cross-dress to retreive it!)

this thor's day, i had forgotten my keys (and i.d. badge). couldn't get into the supply closet (didn't have time to track down a key.)

so i did various core stuff:

hammer winds with plate - 25 and 35 (have the plates with hand-grips) -- both directions, focused on side-to-side a la RV.
McClain hammer twists/landmines/whatever - 25, 35, 45 -- bunch of reps ((really like this exercise!))
cable pulls to simulate final yank - pulley set low, stepped back, dipped and tried to "rip the shaft out of the ball" a la RV.
