I'm on for tonight, but Lee's graduation is on Saturday so I won't be at practice on Sat.
Sorry to miss Monday, had a GMU faculty dinner. Would have much preferred to be throwing!

We will start with some sheaf so if you are running late that is cool.

I will have the boy this weekend so my training at the field may get cut short. It depends on how Colin is doing. No matter what I can do Sheaf, WOB, Stone and weight drills and hammer winds in the yard. Assuming he is doing well then we will do to the field and throw weights and hammer.
