The only thing close to any experience I have would be HS T&F 6 years ago. I was a decent shot putter averaging around 39-40' in a meet. My best throw was 42'5" but however it was in training. Lately I have been involved in Strongman but now I'm getting worn out from it all and am itching to try something new & possibly give my joints a rest.
