Hey Malcolm, I missed a lifting day today and never made it to Bryan's. I think I'm going to do some lifting Sunday, so I'm out for throwing.

I was at the cycle show in DC ordering your new BMW last Sunday . There will be practice Sunday 1/20 at 9:00am. Let me know who is coming.
